The Emmys come only but once a year. And this year's looks to be more diverse than ever, comedy wise that is. The usual suspects like Veep are there but then newcomers like Samantha Bee and Pamela Aldon join the fun. The Emmys air on Sunday, September 17th at 8 PM. Stephen Colbert will host so we know who's not winning his award...(jk I don't know).
All the comedy Golden Globe winners
The Golden Globes happened and while HBO went home empty handed, basic cable came back with several wins throughout. That show is joined by Donald Glover's Atlanta which had the actor take home the Globe for best TV series and best actor. The full list for comedies is below.
Community Gets That 6th Season Thanks To Yahoooooooo
Not only are they a safe haven for SNL fans to find several popular (and nonpopular) clips, Yahoo Screen also develops TV shows apparently.

Enter Yahoo Screen, the search engine's answer to YouTube. It's made a deal with Sony to bring 13 episodes to life this fall. Creator Dan Harmon is still showrruner with the entire cast - except for Donald Glover and Chevy Chase's replacement Johnathan Banks - signing their lives away for these last few episodes and the inevitable movie.
Rival entertainment site Vulture reports that the budget should be no different than that of season five's.
