It's going down. For real. Ever since HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm was said to be coming back, no news of the ninth season had been released. Now, we have casting. Deadline reports that both Mary Steenburgen and Ted Danson will play themselves again. What's more is that they're slated to join the full time cast made up of Larry David, Jeff Garlin, Cheryl Hines and Susie Essman. Fans of the first eight seasons will know that both actors appeared as themselves from time to time but now that they're big players in the new season, this should open up more possibilities for stories with the main cast.

In these promos with Leslie Jones, David goes about putting the show down in a very Larry way by breaking the fourth wall. It's great and, if it's any indication, this weekend's show is going to be pretty, pretty, pretty good. Sorry that won't happen again.
