It's been a long, winding road for The Chris Gethard Show on cable. Its first two seasons aired on Fusion after picking the show up from its public access roots. But the live aspect of it changed with the move too. At first, they aired it simulcast style on Facebook Live and posted the recordings of those shows to a YouTube page (there was at least one instance of the show going live there too).

Now the beloved variety series is headed to an admittedly better suited home. truTV has picked up Chris Gethard's weirdness factory for 16 live episodes. While no premiere date is set for The Chris Gethard Show's third season, Gethard himself assures us that it could totally be a disaster.
